Exchange & Return Policy – Madina Jewellery

First: Returns

• If an order is canceled before shipment, the order amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable payment processing fees and charges, if any, based on the payment method used.
• If an order is canceled after shipment, the order amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable payment processing fees and shipping costs.
• Customers may request a return within one (1) day / 24 hours from the date the shipment is received.
• Applicable payment processing fees, shipping costs, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.
• 24K gold products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances, due to their investment nature and the continuous fluctuation of gold prices.

Important Notice

In the event of an order cancellation or a refund request after payment has been completed, a total fee of 6% of the refund amount will be deducted to cover return and administrative fees, in accordance with our refund policy.

If the order has already been shipped, the actual shipping cost charged by the shipping company will also be deducted.

Administrative fees and applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with the store’s Terms & Conditions.

Important Notes

• Customers must record a clear video of the shipment before opening it to protect their rights in the event of any defect, damage, or issue with the product.
• If no video is available showing the condition of the shipment before opening, the return or compensation request may be rejected.
• All orders are documented and photographed by our team during preparation and packaging for quality assurance purposes.

Second: Exchanges

• Customers may request an exchange within three (3) days from the date the shipment is received.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.
• Exchange requests will not be accepted if the product has been damaged as a result of customer use.

Important Notes

• All returned or exchanged products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure their condition before the request is processed.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the issue is caused by the store, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product.
• Madina Jewellery reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the terms and conditions stated above.

Processing Time

Return and exchange requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary in certain cases that require additional procedures from the shipping company or payment provider. The customer will be notified once the request has been fully processed and all necessary procedures have been completed.
