Return & Exchange Policy – Madina Jewellery

• 1. Returns:If the order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded with no deductions.
• If the order is canceled after shipment, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customers may return the product within one (1) day only from the date of receiving the shipment. Return and shipping costs will be deducted.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Important Notice: If payment was made using (Tabby, Tamara, Mada, Visa, or STC Pay), all payment-related fees and commissions will be deducted from the refund amount, including but not limited to payment gateway fees, commissions, and bank transaction charges, as imposed by the payment providers. Madina Jewellery shall not be responsible for these fees.

2. Exchanges:

• Customers may exchange the product within three (3) days from the date of receiving the shipment.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any damage caused by customer use.

Important Notes:

• All returned or exchanged items are subject to inspection prior to approval.
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer unless the error is from the store (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
• Madina Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
