Important Notice Regarding Shipments
Customers must record a clear video when receiving the shipment and while opening the package to confirm the condition of the shipment and verify that the contents match the order. Recording this video at the time of receipt and opening is a mandatory requirement for reviewing any claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items. In the absence of a video recording, the complaint may not be considered.
