1. Traditional Method (Thread or Ribbon)

• Wrap a wide piece of string or paper strip around the palm of your hand (usually at the knuckles).

• Mark the point where the ends meet.

• Unfold the string and measure in millimeters → this is the "hand circumference."

2. Open Wristbands

• If the bracelet is on the back (expandable), measure only the wrist circumference.

3. Old-fashioned sizes are approximate for bracelets.

• Small: 55–57 mm in diameter (17–18 cm in circumference).
