Return and Exchange Policy – Madina Jewellery
1. Returns:
• If the order is canceled before it is shipped, no fees will be deducted, and the full amount will be refunded.
• If the order is canceled after it has been shipped, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Customers can return a product within 1 day from the date of receiving the shipment deduction will be applied to the product’s value for the return expenses.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
2. Exchanges:
• Customers can exchange a product within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
• Exchanges will not be accepted if there is any damage caused by the customer’s use of the product. Important Notes:
• All returned or exchanged products will be inspected to verify their condition before processing the request.
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is from the store (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective product).
