Return & Exchange Policy – Madina Jewellery

1. Returns:

If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.

If the order is canceled after shipment, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Customers may return the product within 1 day only from the delivery date. Shipping and return fees will be deducted.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories and original packaging.

Important Notice:

If payment was made using electronic payment methods, all applicable transaction fees and commissions will be deducted from the refund amount as imposed by the payment providers, including but not limited to:

  • Installment services (Tabby / Tamara): 10%
  • Apple Pay: 2.5%
  • Visa / MasterCard: 3.5%
  • STC Pay: 3%
  • Mada Card: 2%

Shipping fees charged by the courier will also be deducted.

Madina Jewellery is not responsible for these fees.

Important Notes:

  • 24K gold products are non-returnable.
  • The customer must record a clear video of the shipment before opening the package to ensure their rights in case of any damage or defect.
  • If no video proof is provided, the return or compensation request may be rejected.
  • All orders are documented and recorded by us during preparation and packaging to ensure quality control.

2. Exchanges:

Customers may exchange products within 3 days from the delivery date.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.

Exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Additional Notes:

  • All returned or exchanged items are inspected before processing.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost for returns or exchanges unless the error is from the store (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Madina Jewellery reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
